This warranty service policy is formulated by Wuhan zhunweifei Technology Co., Ltd. as the relevant service policy between the company, authorized retailers (hereinafter referred to as "sellers") and consumers on the return, replacement and maintenance of Aimxy Z product kits. If you encounter any after-sales problems during the use of Aimxy Z products, please contact the seller in time. The seller will solve your after-sales problems according to this warranty service policy

1、 Return, free exchange and free maintenance services due to quality problems

  1. Warranty Description: when you find that the Aimxy Z product has quality problems, you can put forward after-sales service demands to the seller in the way described in this warranty service policy, and provide the goods that need after-sales service to the seller for testing.If the test result is determined to be a quality problem, we will provide you with return or free exchange service for the Aimxy Z product with problems.
  2. Product return: the return period for Aimxy Z products with quality problems is 7 days from the date you receive the goods.When you choose to return goods, the seller can provide you with return operations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the company's after-sales policies.
  3. Free exchange: the exchange period for Aimxy Z products with quality problems is 15 days from the date you receive the goods.When you choose to exchange goods, the seller can provide you with exchange operations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the company's after-sales policies.
  4. Free maintenance: the maintenance period for Aimxy Z products with quality problems is 18 months from the date you receive the goods;The maintenance period of Aimxy Z products with quality problems is from the date you receive the goods to the end of the warranty period. The warranty period is 18 months from the date of production of aimxy Z.When you choose to repair, the seller can provide you with repair operations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the company's after-sales policies.
  5. Non quality problems: if the seller does not find any quality problems in the test results or finds that the equipment is damaged due to damage or improper storage, the seller cannot provide return and free replacement services. In this case, you can apply for paid replacement services in accordance with this warranty service policy.
  6.   2. The logistics expenses incurred in the paid exchange of Aimxy Z products shall be borne by you.
  3. For the paid exchange of Aimxy Z products, it is necessary to find the official customer service of Aimxy for inspection and confirmation, and then the official customer service provides the collection method. After the collection, the paid exchange service is launched.
